Capital deployed to independent execution partners remains the property of CLV Consulting LLC until profit-sharing settlements are executed pursuant to individual partnership agreements.

2. AML & KYC Compliance

As part of our commitment to financial integrity, all execution partners must complete standard internal verification processes prior to capital allocation. We strictly adhere to best practices regarding the monitoring of fund transfers to ensure operating capital is utilized exclusively for authorized, mathematically structured positions.

3. Risk Disclosure

While CLV Consulting LLC employs mathematically sound arbitrage and promotional yield capture strategies designed to eliminate directional risk, no execution strategy is entirely devoid of operational risk. Variables such as platform latency, account limitations, and counter-party liquidity may impact projected yields. Execution partners are indemnified against capital loss provided they adhere strictly to our provided execution parameters.
